Festival Sudak 2006
On July 14, all participants in the festival "Genoese Helmet 2006" were registered, which will begin on July 15 in the medieval fortress of Sudak. As our correspondent was told by the organizing committee, many members of traditional historical reconstruction clubs have already arrived.
This year, the festival organizers prepared the historical holiday more carefully. For example, the following conditions were set: everyone must wear “historical” clothes and shoes. Sneakers and T-shirts are for visitors only. Festival participants cannot install tents: only tents that reflect the era.
Until the end of July, swords and spears will ring here, arrows will whistle. Bugurdy - theatrical mass battles - will be held for spectators 2 times a day. There will also be competitions for tents, costumes and armor.
