Lopushna rises to 1,694 meters and sits in the Gorgan massif, on the Sivul ridge in the Ukrainian Carpathians. The neighbor along the ridge, Velyka Sivulya, is even higher - 1,836 meters.

Where exactly is it located?

This is Ivano-Frankivsk region, the mountain stands right on the border of Ivano-Frankivsk and Kalusky districts.

How to get to it?

The trails start from three villages - Osmoloda, Staraya Huta or Bystrytsia. Where to start, decide according to the route and your own feet.

What awaits on the slopes?

Below is a forest, closer to the top it disappears, and in its place are rocky outcrops and thickets of mountain pine. The summit is bald, so the view is not obscured by anything.

Is it a difficult climb?

The north-eastern and south-western slopes are quite steep, so it will not be an easy walk. For a hike along the Carpathian ridge - a worthy test.
