Bays of the Lycian coast
An easy hike along the Mediterranean coast of Turkey - one of the fragments of the famous Lycian Way. We don’t climb high into the mountains, we literally walk along the seashore, most of the sites are in bays near the beach. In addition to landscapes and swimming, there will also be the ruins of the ancient Lycian city of Olympos and the fire-breathing rocks of the Chimera. The route will be quite suitable for children over 7 years old with at least minimal hiking experience.
The bays of the Lycian coast, after which this route is named, are not only very picturesque, but they are also remarkably sparsely populated (compared to Crimea) and are well equipped for cultural recreation. Many bays have a fresh water tap and sometimes a fresh shower and toilet.
