Tourist camp equipment

The success of a tourist trip largely depends on the correct selection and quality of camp tourist equipment. The weight of camp equipment ranges from 3 to 10% of the total weight of the cargo that has to be transported during the trip. Therefore, it is very important to correctly select, and in some cases modify or manufacture camp equipment in relation to the conditions of the upcoming hike. This will reduce the effort and time spent on camp work and provide normal conditions for proper rest and nutrition, which is especially important in camp conditions.

The methodological recommendations contain an overview of equipment produced by industry, discuss the possibilities of its modification, and present the most interesting amateur designs.
