Ordzhonikidze Crimea vacation
The small but very cozy village of Ordzhonikidze is located in Eastern Crimea, not far from Feodosia. It is surrounded on three sides by the sea. Ordzhonikidze is not as well known as its famous neighbor, the village of Koktebel. The distance between them is only 10 km, and by sea it is even shorter. There is no such crowd of people here as in Koktebel or Feodosia and the prices are correspondingly lower. And you rarely see such mirror-clear water anywhere in Crimea. The privacy of small coves, where there are both pebble and sandy beaches, is conducive to a quiet, pleasant holiday. Healing air and healing mud will help you improve your health.
Cape Kiik-Atlama, near which the village is located, protrudes far into the sea. There is almost always a cool breeze blowing here, and therefore there are no mosquitoes!
The area is also great for sailing, and windsurfers have a great opportunity to practice their favorite hobby. Boards can be rented, and for those who have not yet mastered all the intricacies of sailing, the services of experienced instructors are provided.
Another, recently fashionable, way of active recreation is snorkeling or diving. Everyone can enjoy diving into the depths of the sea bays. Here they are some of the most beautiful on the coast! Fish, crabs, rapana, mussels, fancy algae - all this is in abundance.
The village is compactly located. Even from its farthest corners the sea is no more than 10-15 minutes on foot. In small cafes, you can satisfy your hunger, try local delicious seafood, European and Oriental cuisine. You can also order lunch in inexpensive cafes such as canteens.
Towards evening, the embankment turns into a sea of lights and music, mostly live. Therefore, vacationers do not have to get bored.
After you have had a stormy or calm evening (whichever you prefer), you can go on an excursion in the morning. First of all, we recommend visiting the famous Kara-Dag volcano. Boat excursions to its foot are very good, and especially swimming in the quiet protected coves of the extinct volcano; often on such sea excursions your boat will be accompanied by dolphins.
