Requirements for the yellow suitcase and its owner:
1. The suitcase must comply with state standards.
2. The suitcase can be any size, but it must be old, classic with chrome corners, and, of course, it must be yellow. All cheap counterfeits used by some unscrupulous citizens will be declared invalid.
3. A photo of the owner must be pasted on the inside of the suitcase.
4. The yellow suitcase must be registered upon arrival at the visa department.
5. While on the territory of the republic, your suitcase (like your visa) should always be with you. If you do not have a suitcase, you become a visa violator and are subject to deportation.
6. Transferring yellow suitcases to other persons, passing through one suitcase of several persons, carrying contraband in other persons’ suitcases is strictly punishable by customs services. Suitcases are destroyed and violators are burned at the stake.
