Petros - Goverla - hiking tour
3 days, 40 km. The price: 100 Euro
The highest mountain of Ukraine - Goverla. Ascend to Goverla will take only 1 day. But I advise you to give acquaintance to Carpathians of little bit more time. The top subdued in the end of a long way is perceived absolutely on another. It you appreciate much above, and you understand much better. And you will perceive yourselves any more the health-resort visitor at excursion, and the hero - the subjugator of tops.

Route of a hike

1 day. Ivano-Frankovsk, Kvass, Menchul.

Meeting at station in Ivano-Frankovsk. Crossing(moving) to the settlement Kvass well-known for the curative mineral sources. One of them will meet on our way upwards. On a twisting soil path we slowly rise above a valley. Gradually beechen wood is replaced by the Alpine meadows - poloninami. For poloninoj Menchul we shall leave on northern slope of mountain Sheshul where we shall stay the night at one of numerous streams.

2 Day. SHeshul, Petros (2020м), the crosspiece.

The road a streamer climbs up pass Sheshul. From here we for the first time shall see CHernogorsky a ridge - the highest hills of the Ukrainian Carpathians. And opposite Romania already is seen, the Romanian mountains are more exact. The road leaves from pass downwards, to us with it(her) not on a way. We turn off on a track going on a crest of a ridge aside Petrosa - one of the highest tops of Ukraine. On the top there is a small chapel and a cross that happens in Carpathians often enough. Downwards, on the crosspiece between Petrosom and Goverloj, abrupt enough track (I recommend all to get in advance a reliable stick or to buy(purchase) harmonious(collapsible) trekking a stick) conducts. On the crosspiece there are convenient places for a lodging for the night that will be very opportunely.

3 day. Goverla (2061м), camp site Zarosljak, Vorohta.

Today the ascention on the highest top of Ukraine - Goverlu is necessary to us. The way upward goes on a huge stone loose of brightly green color (boulders are covered by a thin layer of lichens). At top usually there are people are to you not wild Petros. Except for people here many memorable signs and any symbols. But the most important on Goverle, it certainly a panorama. All Carpathians as on a palm. And call to itself.
But it is time to us to go down. First a grassy slope, then dense smerekovyj a wood (karpatskaja a fur-tree) and here we at camp site Zarosljak. From here it is possible to cause the machine(car) and to leave in Vorohtu having regular bus service with Ivano-Frankovsk. And it is possible to remain on couple of days on a camp site and to continue acquaintance to Carpathians.
 
The instructor reserves the right to itself to make changes to a route depending on weather and conditions of group. 

 

Price: 100 Euro (incl. guiding fee and three meals a day)

Tours: all tours we suggest are standards and reckoning to the ordinary person, without special training. We can always change them and make taking into account all your wishes. The duration of the tours and their complication are not a dogma. You can test yourself in every season of the year.  Experienced guide-instructor is working with a group. Average time for everyday walking is 6 hours. In the route the members are living in tents. The feed is cooking on the fire. During all route the members carries things and public burden themselves, carry the water, take part in preparation of the fire-wood. During the time of the route the comforts (toilet, douche) are not stationary (nature level ). When you order the tour we try to take into account all your wishes about routes, feed and service.If you want we can compose tour special for you.
Feed: full board (three times a day). Example menu is: soup, milk products, different jumbles, macaronis, tea,  in limited are season vegetables and bread.
The members: you can go as one, as with family (children) or friends. You can also take part in tours with your domestic animals. Usual size of the group from 6 to 15 persons.
Cost of the tour: cost of the tour depends on minimal number of people in the group Prices can be change in dependence from volume of service which you would like to take, tariffs of ferrymen and others.
