about three Years ago I have adopted a fashion to spend stacking a backpack preliminary having thrust in the sleeping pad inside curtailed(turned) by a pipe. This way has advantages - the sleeping pad gives to a backpack additional rigidity, plays a role of a back, supports(maintains) the correct form of a backpack, protects things from a rain. However there are also lacks. The sleeping pad borrows(occupies) a lot of place. It(he) "eats" from 10 up to 20 litres of volume of a backpack (depending on a cut and a way of stacking). |

On the one hand very much much depends on a situation and personal preferences, with another the general(common) references too to reject it is not necessary. To give you one more reference point in preparation for a hike, and during too time not to impose nothing, I shall simply tell that itself I take in years(summer) hikes across Crimea and Carpathians. |

The quickest way to the Crimean riviera is by air to Simferopol (airport code SIP). Simferopol is the regional capital and the airport deals with both international and domestic flights. Flights to Simferopol are via Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, or via Frankfurt in Germany. Flights via Kyiv are 7 days a week all the year round. Flights via Frankfurt are between May and October only. |
